The Lourdes Football Program won their fourth game of the season, defeating Pine Island 31-14 on Friday, September 30th. The leading rusher for Lourdes was Kane Carstens with 84 yards on 11 carries.

The scoring started for Lourdes in the third quarter with a 3 yard touchdown run by Connor Nellans. Michael Brandt added a 24 yard field goal to end the first quarter. Michael Brandt then converted on a 27 yard field goal in the second quarter. Griff Slightam added a 5 yard touchdown run later in the second quarter. The second half opened with a 21 yard touchdown run by McKay Carstens. The scoring rounded out for Lourdes in the fourth quarter with a 34 yard field goal by Michael Brandt.

Lourdes next game will be on Friday October 7th, with a 7pm kickoff as Lourdes hosts Cannon Falls at the Rochester Regional Sports Complex.
