The Lourdes Football Program won their sixth game of the season, defeating Kasson-Mantorville 24-21 on Friday, October 14th, upping their record to 6-1 on the season. The leading rusher for Lourdes was Sean Griffin with 114 yards on 22 carries, and Griffin also recovered a fumble in the first quarter.

The scoring started for Lourdes in the fist quarter with a 2 yard touchdown run by Sean Griffin. Sean Griffin added a 11 yard touchdown run later in the first quarter. The third quarter opened with another touchdown run by Sean Griffin, this one from 13 yards out. The game ended in the final 2 seconds, with a 29 yard field goal by Michael Brandt to give Lourdes a 24-21 victory.

Lourdes will host La Crescent for the final regular season game and Senior Night on Wednesday October 19th, with a 7pm kickoff at the Rochester Regional Sports Stadium.
